We had an exceptional experience at Carlson Orthodontics. From the moment we walked in, we were truly impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, and welcoming atmosphere of the entire team. The staff made Leo feel completely comfortable right away, which meant so much to me as his mom.
Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, so we left feeling confident and fully informed about the next steps in his treatment. It’s rare to find a practice that combines such high-level expertise with such a warm, fun, and thoughtful environment. Even the small touches—like sending us off with a chocolate chip cookie—made the visit feel special.
I cannot recommend Carlson Orthodontics highly enough. If you are looking for a practice that is professional, kind, and truly cares about its patients, Carlson Orthodontics is outstanding!!

Carlson Orthodontic is amazing! The staff is super friendly and always makes appointments comfortable. The orthodontist explains everything clearly and really cares about their patients. The office is clean, welcoming, and well organized. I’m really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Carlson Orthodontic to anyone needing braces or orthodontic care.

Carlson Orthodontics is great! They tell you what they are doing when they do it. They also have contests for you to do where you could win prizes. I would suggest it to anyone. Plus, they have a treat for you when you leave!
Carlson Orthodontics has a way of easing any nervousness I have for my appointment because everyone is so friendly yet professional. The office is so bright and cheerful with all the windows over looking the lake. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs dental work.
We love Dr. Carlson and Dr. Shannon! Throughout the whole braces experience, my daughter has been excited about coming in for checkups! Sometimes it is difficult for her to remember to brush her teeth when life gets busy, but she is the first one to remind me of ortho appointments!! Thanks for making the experience of having braces both professional, and fun for us. We truly would send others needing braces, NO WHERE ELSE!!
I really look forward for my orthodontics appointments because every time I go as soon as I walk in the building the clerks are very welcoming. Also, the ladies who work on my teeth are very nice and help me feel more comfortable when they are putting metal objects on my teeth. I'm very glad I came to Carlson Orthodontics because they make the idea of having braces be fun:) Therefore, i'm very pleased with them and excited to continue there to make my smile be perfect!
