We had an exceptional experience at Carlson Orthodontics. From the moment we walked in, we were truly impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, and welcoming atmosphere of the entire team. The staff made Leo feel completely comfortable right away, which meant so much to me as his mom.
Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, so we left feeling confident and fully informed about the next steps in his treatment. It’s rare to find a practice that combines such high-level expertise with such a warm, fun, and thoughtful environment. Even the small touches—like sending us off with a chocolate chip cookie—made the visit feel special.
I cannot recommend Carlson Orthodontics highly enough. If you are looking for a practice that is professional, kind, and truly cares about its patients, Carlson Orthodontics is outstanding!!

Carlson Orthodontic is amazing! The staff is super friendly and always makes appointments comfortable. The orthodontist explains everything clearly and really cares about their patients. The office is clean, welcoming, and well organized. I’m really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Carlson Orthodontic to anyone needing braces or orthodontic care.

I had my very first ortho appointment here at Carlson Orthodontics on Aug. 02 and I was showered with smile and kindness by the staff! Two in particular was AMY and ANNIE! They both gave me a tour of the place and answered every single question I had. It was pretty early in the morning and I honestly didnt want to be there because I had just got back from a trip the night before and was too exhausted but Amy and Annie's positive and enthusiastic vibes definitely changed my mood. Today Aug. 04 2016 I got my braces and I was honestly nervous. Thanks to Jill and Dr. Hammer for being awesome and talking to me about owls and also explaining EVERY STEP they took to put on my braces. Also shout out to Marcela for making me feel like a model!
We are very pleased with Carlson Orthodontics. Dr. Hammer was very nice & informative. Everyone else that we have worked with so far have been very friendly & helpful. We would definitely recommend Carlson Orthodontics to our family & friends.
Super great and friendly staff! I'm using the just smile retainers to move my bottom teeth back in place, and I'm very pleased so far with the results!
