We had an exceptional experience at Carlson Orthodontics. From the moment we walked in, we were truly impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, and welcoming atmosphere of the entire team. The staff made Leo feel completely comfortable right away, which meant so much to me as his mom.
Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, so we left feeling confident and fully informed about the next steps in his treatment. It’s rare to find a practice that combines such high-level expertise with such a warm, fun, and thoughtful environment. Even the small touches—like sending us off with a chocolate chip cookie—made the visit feel special.
I cannot recommend Carlson Orthodontics highly enough. If you are looking for a practice that is professional, kind, and truly cares about its patients, Carlson Orthodontics is outstanding!!

Carlson Orthodontic is amazing! The staff is super friendly and always makes appointments comfortable. The orthodontist explains everything clearly and really cares about their patients. The office is clean, welcoming, and well organized. I’m really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Carlson Orthodontic to anyone needing braces or orthodontic care.

When I first was walking in to Carlson Orthodontics, I did not think I needed braces. True, I did not love my smile at the time and I did have some problems with my bite, but I would have said, "minor details." As I traveled through the process of my braces, which took a longer than expected due to some suborn teeth, I found myself looking forward to my visits. The staff was so kind and caring and considerably of fun as well. At the end of my treatment I was sad that I would be leaving Carlson Orthodontics but I did find that I loved my smile and that my bite was perfect. Thank you for all you have done staff of Carlson Orthodontics!
I was scared when I knew I had an appointment for getting braces. But they were so friendly and nice my nervousness went away. If I have to get braces Carlson Orthodontics is where I want to go. E.K.

Both my older sister and I have gone to Carlson Orthodontics. The staff is kind, capable, and truly care about their work. They strike the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. The program itself is wonderful, as well, and the process (braces, bands, retainers, x-rays, etc) and information regarding it is shared often so no one is 'in the dark', so to speak. My family and I strongly recommend Carlson to anyone looking for a fantastic and efficient orthodontic experience
