We had an exceptional experience at Carlson Orthodontics. From the moment we walked in, we were truly impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, and welcoming atmosphere of the entire team. The staff made Leo feel completely comfortable right away, which meant so much to me as his mom.
Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, so we left feeling confident and fully informed about the next steps in his treatment. It’s rare to find a practice that combines such high-level expertise with such a warm, fun, and thoughtful environment. Even the small touches—like sending us off with a chocolate chip cookie—made the visit feel special.
I cannot recommend Carlson Orthodontics highly enough. If you are looking for a practice that is professional, kind, and truly cares about its patients, Carlson Orthodontics is outstanding!!

Carlson Orthodontic is amazing! The staff is super friendly and always makes appointments comfortable. The orthodontist explains everything clearly and really cares about their patients. The office is clean, welcoming, and well organized. I’m really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Carlson Orthodontic to anyone needing braces or orthodontic care.

I think that you will want braces after your visit just to come back! It is a wonderful place and it is so clam and comfortable. There are great staff that will also help you through your journey. When you walk in there is a front desk where you will sign in. Once you have done that you then will be seated in the waiting room until your orthodontist comes and brings you over to start your appointment. Once you are done with your appointment you will get a warm cookie, and while your parents are setting your next appointment there are contest that you are able to enter, and the one that is going right now is a new bike that you get to choose and is up to $800! So I hope you have a great journey just like I did!
My daughter and I went in for her consultation this morning. The staff was amazing. They made her feel very comfortable and walked us around and everyone was very friendly and welcoming! She is very excited to get braces and I am happy to say I am too! It is a great place with a great staff. Amy was exceptionally helpful, and Dr. Carlson too!
At first, I was scared about getting braces. Luckily for me, I lost that fear once I walked into Carlson Orthodontics and felt the warm welcome that they offer to anyone looking for one. The people are very nice and willing to help and are very knowledgeable if you have any questions. I would recommend Carlson Ortho for anyone looking for a great place to get braces.

The staff are very professional, confident, and kind people who you can tell strive to make your experience(s) and time there one to remember. I'd give Carlson Orthodontics an all around 10/10 and would recommend anyone in a heartbeat who needs/wants braces!
